Sick of working for other people? Stuck in a dead-end job or out of work? Don't just make enough to survive. Martin Pickering and Lou Franklin tell you how they were making $100,000 (£60,000) p.a. by the third year. These are REAL stories - not just second-hand hints, tips and suggestions. Everything you need to know to start and run your own business. Martin even tells you how his old, unused web site generates over $300 (£200) a month for NO WORK at all! This eBook answers all your questions.
How to make money? There is no single way to make a lot of money but consider the following: If you have a small-time business in a small town then you probably have a catchment of around 20,000 possible customers who might one day buy something from you. This presupposes that you sell something for everyone. On the other hand, if yours is a niche business selling, for example, spares and accessories for model railway enthusiasts then your potential customer base just fell to about 100 in every 20,000 unless you really offer a unique service and pull in customers from further away. Even so, you won't do a lot of business unless you operate by mail-order. With so few customers you really need to have a product with a huge profit margin. Swimming pools, for example. You won't sell many but each one brings in a big profit. Conservatories used to do this but there's a lot of competition nowadays and the profit margin can be very small. In addition, you'd have to keep a lot of expensive stock taking up expensive warehouse space and pay big wage bills. This book is about one man/woman working from home and making seriously big profits, so these profiles don't fit.
This eBook is going to SAVE YOU MONEY AND TIME. That's guaranteed. And there's no risk because, if you don't like the eBook, we give you your money back! How many other dealers offer you so much information at such a small price with a money-back guarantee?
What is an "eBook" anyway? An "eBook" is actually a computer file which uses "Portable Document Format" developed by Adobe. Almost all computers already have a free program called "Acrobat Reader" to view or print out these books. But buying things on the Internet isn't safe! Paypal takes your payment details on a secure server that nobody else can access. They never leave the server. They don't get emailed. There is no possibility that anyone else will get your details. What if the eBook is no use to me? We give a no-quibble money-back guarantee. Simply send an email to our Sales department stating "I have erased all copies of your (title) eBook. Please give me a full refund". They will do this right away. So how soon will you send my eBook? We don't send it. If you pay by Paypal, without omitting any important details (such as your name!), the "shopping cart" will automatically send you to a web page address where you can download your eBook immediately!
Dear Martin, I've already read 3 of the books in your Cool Book Shop: 'Ebay the Interviews'; 'Start Your Own Writing Business'; and most significantly:'The Lazy Man's Guide to Making Big Money' I have to say that I've enjoyed them all and found them very informative and inspirational. However 'The Lazy Man's Guide to Making Big Money' has really struck a chord with me. Paul and I long ago realised that being an employee generally involves someone else using our time inefficiently, in a very inflexible manner and for their profit. For this reason we're well underway with our planned change of lifestyle. Briefly the steps involved are thus: We rent our house out a few months from now and go to live on the narrowboat we've already purchased for this purpose using the equity from the house (the rent received covers the mortgage on the house and boat); I leave my job to go freelancing using the internet so our actual location is unimportant; Our living expenses drop drastically and this gives us a breathing space whilst we build up our new income streams. The icing on the cake with all this is that I'm currently employed as a Technical Author and am also heavily involved in the electronic publishing side. I was intending to take on authoring contracts and page layout work from existing contacts. However, although I'll accept this to start with, I'm going to write some e books using the skills, equipment and software I already have and see how that takes off as well. Everything seems to be falling into place. We also plan to use ebay as an additional income stream as we have an established presence there. Thank you Martin for helping us to be confident that we're on the right path but also taking our ideas several leaps beyond what we'd first envisaged.
By the way, the reason I found your site is that I'm looking to install one way satellite broadband on our boat. I've looked into who supplies it but wanted to save money by doing the installation work myself. I also like to have some technical knowledge of what I'm being sold. I think 'Satellite Broadband for Narrowboats' will be my first ebook attempt. Obviously there's a pretty small market for this knowledge so I guess it'll be free - but hot on the heels of this will be a pay for ebook entitled 'How to Live Aboard Whilst Making Your First Million Online' - from personal experience of course!. Watch this space... If you're still reading thanks for taking the time out and best of luck for the future - as if you'll need it! Julie B.
You are thinking to yourself, "I can get this information simply by searching the Internet." Well, maybe, but here it is all in one place; why bother? And, although a lot of the information is out there somewhere, how long will it take you to find it and collate it so you can understand it? Bear in mind that there is also a lot of BAD information out there. People are probably well-intentioned but they just plain get it WRONG. You can't trust it. And a lot of the information USED to be correct but now it's out of date - so it's wrong. Why not get the right information right now?
Or perhaps you can find a pirate copy that you don't have to pay for; or a cheaper copy on Ebay? Well, maybe you can, but it will be ILLEGAL and OUT OF DATE. Which means the information is wrong. Worse than worthless, because it's misleading. It will waste your valuable time. You might even buy something you don't need. I keep this eBook updated. Every time I have a new idea, I rewrite the eBook. And you get free lifetime updates when you buy it! So if you want the most up to date information...
You are probably asking yourself: "How does he know about this stuff anyway? How can I trust him to get it right? Is it worth what he's asking? And why should I pay for freely available information anyway? OK, I'm a 62 year old university qualified Electronics Engineer. I've worked for several multinational companies before "going it alone". I certainly wasn't a "marketing expert" when I started but I'm getting better at it now! A lot of the information in the eBook is personal - specific to me and to the other people I mention. It is certain to trigger ideas in your mind. You'll think "I can do that but in a different way".
Why should you pay? Because I've spent months of my time researching, typing and checking this information. It took weeks to compile it and to gather photographs to illustrate it. And I update it regularly - the original eBook was just 40 pages and since then it has grown to over 65 pages. And those people who bought the original 40 page version still get the updated versions FREE. So here's your chance to ...
Maybe you are thinking "It's not worth it. I can get by without this." Ok fine. Nobody's forcing you. But look what the millionnaire Reginald Gee had to say: "It is undoubtedly true that, as a general rule, most people see true wealth and all that a 'lot' of money implies as being beyond their reach. This, in fact, is why so many can only relate earnings to having a job. Without ever giving any time to thinking of what they are actually doing, the vast majority of people dedicate their lives to working in an effort to make someone else rich or some large, already wealthy organisation, even wealthier. As a result the individual with the so called 'job' makes only a bare living or has a little comfort at best - in every single case after 'selling' the best years of their life cheap will finish up totally dependent on the State Pension. Think on this: if you were to ask the so-called 'average' to save as much money during the next ten years as they saved in the past ten years, then the total would be the same - Zero - in fact at any given time I can prove to you that most are too busy earning a living to ever make any money!"
